The mind is binary and polarizing. It like containers, boxes, folders, labels; controllable, predictable, known.

The spiritual heart is VAST. It can hold it all. Complexity? The heart can hold it. Contradictory? The heart can hold it.

Your mind is a wonderful, exquisite tool AND it has its limitations.

The spiritual heart… limitless.

Believing things are gonna work out is the kind of sentiment that has made me throw my phone across the room more times than I care to admit.

Sure, easy for them to say, they don’t know what I’m living through I’d think.

And after years of capacity building work, I’ve learned that trigger is a trailhead, and I can step into leadership and I can hold the both/and, and more importantly be the Self that can love lead all the parts that show up in such a moment.

We’re a multiplicity. Made up of a lot. All of it to be revered, in my opinion. It’s what got us here. And for me, what got us here doesn’t need to die, it needs someone to circle back and set it all free.

Tomorrow I’m hosting a group of extraordinary women through an intention setting portal. It’s deep work. (With a lot of fun baked in!) AND we start in reverence of what got us here…because I deeply believe where we start matters.

This work matters to me at the deepest level. Standing with women, as they have the courage to see clearly the intention that not only changes things for them, but TRANSFORMS their trajectory line; dare I say timeline jumps, is the kind of soul work I’m interested in.
