Vol.1 is made of short sound units: raw recordings, worked into dense, tactile textures within a minimal structure. It also marks the start of a longer process: a project meant to unfold over time, consistent in approach, open in form.
Quiet, heavy at times, intimate throughout, it allows discomfort and uncertainty to surface, to linger, and to soften in their own time.
And because it allows perception to come before explanation, the listening will unfold differently for everyone.
Where does singular perception begin, and where does it overlap with that of others? And what, ultimately, is perception made of?
What remains is not a conclusion, but a state: dense, intimate, and unfiltered.
