Eva brings her vision of modern Asian cuisine — where traditional Chinese techniques meet a contemporary spirit. For one evening, she will create a culinary experience to be shared with the town.

@asmara.casa has never been only about the house. It’s about moments, community, and art – finding inspiration in Scicli and carrying its spirit beyond. This pop-up is part of that journey – sharing new experiences with the community that makes this town feel like home.

🌱 Together with @mangrovia.scicli – the Sampieri farm working with an aquaponic system to grow vegetables in harmony with nature. For this dinner, their harvest is generously shared.

Eva porta la sua visione della cucina asiatica contemporanea — dove le tecniche tradizionali cinesi incontrano uno spirito moderno. Per una sera creerà un’esperienza culinaria da condividere con la città.

@asmara.casa non è mai stata solo una casa. È fatta di momenti, comunità e arte – trovando ispirazione a Scicli e portandone lo spirito oltre. Questo pop-up fa parte di quel percorso – condividere nuove esperienze con la comunità che rende questa città un vero “casa”.

🌱 Insieme a @mangrovia.scicli – la fattoria di Sampieri che, con un sistema acquaponico, coltiva verdure in armonia con la natura. Per questa cena, il raccolto viene condiviso generosamente.

Something new is coming to Scicli: a pop-up with chef @ch.eva at @labottiglieriapiattievini .

Eva brings her vision of modern Asian cuisine — where traditional Chinese techniques meet a contemporary spirit. For one evening, she will create a culinary experience to be shared with the town.

@asmara.casa has never been only about the house. It’s about moments, community, and art – finding inspiration in Scicli and carrying its spirit beyond. This pop-up is part of that journey – sharing new experiences with the community that makes this town feel like home.

🌱 Together with @mangrovia.scicli – the Sampieri farm working with an aquaponic system to grow vegetables in harmony with nature. For this dinner, their harvest is generously shared.
