What happens with the heart and energy (cells) when intensity is the only option? While heart rate increases, fill time decreases, the cells adapt to +anaerobic and -aerobic energy. The nervous system adapts to this as it is bidirectional. Easy becomes a death sentence bc we lack the functionality in the system.
