In 2026, sustainability can feel overwhelming—rising costs, shifting consumer habits, and constant messaging about what we should buy or avoid. With so much noise, it’s hard to know what truly makes a difference.
Join Kelsey Ramage for a discussion on how to work within our current (albeit broken) system, recognize greenwashing, learn how to use technique and locality to use more local produce and thereby make better, more intensely flavorful cocktails, implement methods to reuse and stabilize seasonal ingredients to bring your drink costs down and drink quality up.
