Goodbye, July. Hello 46.

Took some time off, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t reflect on notching another year back on July 14th. Spring and Summer was a grind, but a fruitful one. Through the pushing I needed a minute to find some balance. I’m so grateful for all of it and for the chance to take another trip around the sun and try to grow, to continue to learn from all those around me, and to appreciate the wins and losses life can throw your way.

Give thanks. Push myself. Work hard. Take breaks. Live life. Be present. Connect. That’s what I’m hoping to do this year.

This map harkens back to maps of old for Clix fans AND has a ton of Easter eggs for fans of the show. The Butter Stick Bakery, George’s truck, Wade’s Camaro, Zoe Hart’s Doctor’s office, the parade floats, volunteer fire department trucks and more!

It it looks familiar, that’s because almost any show that has ever shot on the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank has shared this same town square, and now I share it with y’all!!

The names of the maps are based on the names of two episodes of the show from Season 1. The purple ringed map, “Heat & Havoc”, is based on the heatwave episode “In Heat and Havoc”. The the gold ringed “Snow & Soul” is based on the blizzard episode “Snowflakes and Soulmates”.

Our “Heat & Havoc” charity map $35 and is available for purchase through the end of Huntington’s Disease Awareness Month (May) through our site. All proceeds (beyond production cost) go directly to @hdsanational and the battle against Huntington’s Disease.

Our event has raised $84,000 so far this year, here’s to one strong final weekend for the cause!

The entire #HeroClix family did it again and broke all expectations & records with our 6th annual “HeroClix for Huntington’s” event weekend.

After the dust settled, this year’s event raised $84,000+(!!!) for @hdsanational and the battle against #HuntingtonsDisease!!!

When we built this event, based around #HeroClix (a tabletop game) and the community that plays it, not in our wildest dreams could we have envisioned the incredible outpouring of support we have received year over year.

Thank you to @wizkidsgames for sponsoring us, to our judges and staff who take on the Herculean task of putting on all the events we have throughout the weekend, and, most of all TO ALL THE PLAYERS, both in-person and around the world who make it a success.

Events like this raise awareness and much needed funding to support families (like my own) battling HD. It lets them know that folks everywhere are stepping up and standing alongside of them. It gives them hope! It means everything.

Can’t believe our “little dude” is so darn big now! McCoy hit 11 this weekend and we couldn’t be more proud of him, who he is, the friendships he’s forged, how big his heart is, and how huge his creativity and imagination are.

A birthday full of building, community, and time spent together with friends and family. He’s never been the type of kid who wants a cake or a song, but we made sure he was celebrated. Banana pudding, Ebelskivers, and a cookie tower are strong choices instead!

We love you, duder! Happy Birthday!!!!

On top of that they dropped a Signed Foil 9.8 CGC Graded Issue Number 1 of each #BattleBeast (signed by Kirkman and Ryan Ottley) and #Skinbreaker (signed by Kirkman and Finch!)! Both incredibly rare issues any comic collector would treasure in their collection!
