@anneaslett says it best. Together, we can ensure communities get the care they need 🧡✨ #EJAFOscars #Oscars
For every dollar raised, 89 cents goes straight towards ending AIDS, including the funds raised at #EJAFOscars.
Thank you to every supporter, partner, and friend of the Foundation who believes in our mission.
You make meaningful progress possible 🧡

A future free from AIDS must also be a future built on gender equality.
As #InternationalWomensDay approaches, we’re highlighting the urgent need to center women and girls in the global HIV response and to confront the inequalities that continue to shape the epidemic.

In honour of #WorldAIDSDay and to mark the release of the new UK HIV Action Plan, our CEO Anne
Aslett joined @ashleydalton_mp, @wesstreeting, HIV sector leaders, and people living with HIV at a @dhscgovuk roundtable to discuss the opportunities this plan unlocks and where we must go further.
The Action Plan is an important step, but our work is far from finished. Progress will depend on sustained investment, faster access to prevention, stigma-free services, and ensuring that every community can benefit.
We have the knowledge, the tools, and the partnerships to make the UK the first country to end new cases of HIV. Now we need the political will, the resources, and the urgency to match the ambition. Let’s get this done.

Today, the UK government has announced a new £170 million HIV Action Plan for England, a major step toward ending new HIV transmissions by 2030.
At the heart of the plan is opt-out testing, pioneered by @ejaf, helping more people get diagnosed and into care. Now it is funded for the next three years. It saves time, money and it saves lives.
As our CEO Anne Aslett explains, this is a crucial step which, alongside more investment in prevention, including wider access to PrEP, takes us one step closer to ending new infections by 2030.

When bold ideas take flight, lives change 🚀
This week, the Foundation’s partner @zipline secured $150M from the U.S. State Department - a milestone shaped in part by our early catalytic backing as Zipline’s first philanthropic partner in Kenya.
Three years ago, that pioneering support powered Zipline’s first HIV-focused expansion there, showing that drone delivery could reach young people traditional systems were missing. That early evidence unlocked larger partners and helped set the stage for today’s unprecedented funding.
This isn’t the future. It’s happening now. Healthcare delivered where it’s needed most.

It’s an honour be recognised # 3 on @involve.people’s 2025 Outstanding Advocates List, alongside so many inspiring leaders. And a huge congratulations to my colleague and friend @davidfurnish who is featured #1 on the Outstanding Executives list.
At @ejaf, we’re proud to be the third largest philanthropic funder of HIV programmes for LGBTQ+ communities globally, working to expand access to prevention and treatment, fight stigma and discrimination, and influence lasting change through bold partnerships.
This recognition reflects the extraordinary work of our partners and team, who are driving progress every day to ensure no one is left behind. Together, we will keep pushing forward and continue to champion LGBTQ+ equality.
Until acceptance is universal, our work remains as vital as ever.

Women’s health, voice, and choice matters. However, while women make up around a third of people living with HIV in the UK, they often aren’t made a priority in conversations about HIV.
That’s why @ViiVHealthcare’s Risk to Reasons campaign launch in the UK is so important — creating non-judgmental, proactive spaces where women can have open conversations and take control of their HIV health and wellbeing.

In times of great disruption and uncertainty it can be easy to just howl at the moon, and we’ve done plenty of that, believe me! But what truly matters is taking action. That’s why it was such a pleasure to partner with the @globalfund and @red for this event with UK MPs, exploring the incredible potential of new innovations that will help end the AIDS crisis.
Long-Acting PrEP is a real game-changer. It can dramatically reduce new infections and give countries vital breathing space as they respond to the severe funding cuts to health budgets that we’ve seen in recent years. It’s another reason why the upcoming replenishment is so critical in our shared fight to end AIDS once and for all.
A huge thank you to all the MPs who joined us, especially our co-chairs, @michaelpayneuk and @emily4mk, as well as our partners from the private sector, academia, and philanthropy. And special thanks to the Global Fund team, particularly @lis_wallace, for bringing this timely conversation together.

Michael Payne has been doing amazing work alongside so many MPs on all sides to mobilise support for the upcoming @globalfund replenishment. As he reminds his colleagues here, the Fund was conceived under Labour in 2002 (and met with enthusiasm by the Coalition and Conservative governments). The PM's commitment to ending new cases of HIV in the UK is so welcome, but it will be a pyrrhic and short-lived victory if it comes as other countries are denied the resources they need to keep new infections at bay.
We've come such a long way, and with the end of the AIDS crisis a real possibility, it's essential that we stay together as an international community at this pivotal moment.

Together with our partners, The Rocket Fund has already reached 2.2 million people, including more than 645,000 young people, with HIV testing, prevention, information, and care. These aren’t just numbers; they’re mothers, children, partners, and dreamers whose lives have been transformed.
But progress is at risk. Rising stigma and shrinking resources threaten the fight to end AIDS. That’s why today we’re expanding The Rocket Fund to $200 million — to meet urgent needs, scale breakthrough prevention like long-acting injectable PrEP, and ensure marginalised communities aren’t left behind.
