As an athlete, my role is to execute the Wizards plan as closely as possible. It’s not about doing more or trying to outwork the plan, but about being consistent and accurate with what’s been set. It’s easy to think more cardio or less food is better, but in reality, TRUSTING the process and sticking to the plan is what matters most. That’s exactly why I work with Christian. My focus is on showing up, executing properly, and improving week by week.
