Just something I've been hearing lately and curious about. How did vinyl and record turn into vinyls? Am I just an old head? I mean I've been DJing since the late '90s so yes but actually curious what everybody calls what I call "records"!

Highlight from our recent Roller Skate event Skate The Town at the Grand Opening of the Henry J. Kaiser Center For the Arts January 23rd. This was a special day we been waiting for for a long times we helped launch the first event in 2023 during the renovations in October 2023 Skate The Town and now we were invited to do it again for the official grand opening to celebrate the completion of the beautiful building’s renovations. We sold over 400 tickets and everyone had a great time. All ages from 7-9pm and 18 and up from 9-11pm. More highlights I’ll be posting throughout this week.
@richardhumphrey and I @mooncricketfilms would like to thank @hjkcenterforarts for having us and thank you to all that attended and enjoyed themselves. Thank you @lizapaloozafor providing the rental skates. We look forward to doing it again and keep everyone that has still been asking updated soon. Thank you to our Rollerdance Academy crew for helping out at the door and floor, thank you to our dj @twenty.block for rocking the cool jams, thank you to our @panther_skate_plaza line dancers, @ambielynn1111 & @keikei_tha_hood_hippie holding that down for the sneakers and skaters.
