For ‘Vignettes’, studioutte, in collaboration with creative director garth roberts, interprets Herzog & de Meuron’s Frame residence through a lens of “soft brutalism.” The Milan-based studio draws on dark aluminium, theatrical curtains, and raw textures to create a spatial rhythm that challenges conventional ideas of domestic life. Rather than presenting a finished interior, studioutte offers a setting that invites reflection, ambiguity, and reinterpretation-an open-ended composition shaped by atmosphere, not prescription.
