Our home is an ideal space for your most important collaborative meetings and focused discussions. The location offers incredible natural stillness in an inspiring setting. Due to the 10” thick concrete walls, outside sound becomes nearly imperceptible when the doors are shut. Likewise, your important meetings will not be heard from the exterior. Message us about booking your next executive offsite or team meeting 🗓️🪷

We began the remodel of this home in 2017, guided by the intention of creating a quiet sanctuary that we could share with others. Staying true to the materials during the entire process, the concrete interior lying underneath a century of paint was revealed and resurfaced and the original mahogany windows were carefully refinished.

We are so excited to finally release to the world our labor of love, our collaborative project, and our biggest space: La Sala di Studio!!

Built in 1914, and reimagined by us over a 5 year period, this residence is apart of our experiment in creating quiet space. We are so excited to share the location for different types of day rentals.
