Hoffman had the pleasure of working with Architectural Digest on their newest Rizzoli publication, AD At Home—a retrospective curated by Editor-in-Chief Amy Astley, highlighting her favorite stories of how remarkable people live.
The book moves between worlds, offering a look into the personal spaces of cultural figures, creatives, and tastemakers across the globe. To connect these diverse interiors, we developed a design framework that brings rhythm and cohesion to the 496 pages, creating a natural sense of movement from story to story.
The result is a publication that reflects the editorial sophistication of Architectural Digest while celebrating both the individuality of its subjects and the continuity of Astley’s legacy.
Thank you Amy and AD for trusting us with your vision.

We’re proud to share our recent collaboration with David Bucovy Architect, a firm whose work has shaped New York’s built environment for over a decade, marked by precision, restraint and a deep engagement with context.
When DBA approached Hoffman, the goal was to articulate an identity that could carry the weight of their practice: rigorous in thought, refined in form and grounded in place.
Drawing on the city itself, we developed a system that honors the studio’s historically-minded methodology. A custom monogram—redrawn from a 19th-century typesheet—sits alongside a typographic pairing that reflects both the discipline and humanism embedded in DBA’s work.
The result is an identity that clarifies rather than amplifies, quietly affirming DBA’s position within New York’s architectural landscape.

Art direction for our client David Bucovy Architect’s latest project, recently featured in @wallpapermag . The new Greenwich Village restaurant, @leonsnyc —by Nick Anderer and Natalie Johnson—draws on the evocative theme of a ‘beautiful ruin,’ embodying Bucovy’s nuanced grasp of architectural history and hospitality design. We collaborated closely with the firm to shape the narrative, crafting a visual language that reflects the sophistication of his practice.
