Here’s a little overview of the #FPoleV Mini and how to utilize it with a 360 camera to get shots that look like a drone. Huge thanks to @outsidewatch and @mountaingamesvail for putting together this awesome little feature.

Being able to remove the floating end section of the #FPoleV Mini can really make for some incredible shots. I wanted to create some dynamic movements in the beginning of the shot so I started on his left side and as soon as he committed to the dive I quickly moved under his body to the right and threw it to the right of him.

Broke my first pole! Well kinda… the #FPoleV is damn near indestructible but when you pair a 40mph jeep with a metal pole cemented to the ground… carbon fiber isn’t gonna come out the winner. Good thing our poles are a pretty simple design, built to be taken apart and re assembled only this time it’s about 6 inches shorter 😅

Be careful filming out of moving vehicles! I’m usually very aware of what I’m filming but I made the mistake of filming from the far side of the vehicle so that pole was in my blind spot and came outta nowhere 😂
