The Casting Guild of Australia is proud to announce the 12th Annual CGA Awards, taking place at The Arts Centre Melbourne in November 2026.

As the only Australian awards ceremony dedicated to celebrating the work of casting directors across film, television, theatre, commercials and new media, the CGA Awards bring together an incredible cross-section of the screen industry for a night of recognition, connection and celebration.

We are currently welcoming expressions of interest from potential sponsors for the 2026 Awards.

This competition is open to actors of all experience levels—amateur, professional, or those new and emerging actors. Aged 15-80yrs old. We are looking for the next new “star” young or old!
