To replicate the Wheelie Scooter, BigRig Creates began his project by using an InMotion E20, a dual-wheeled self-balancing electric unicycle that is similar in concept to a Segway. The E20’s compact form and self-stabilizing mechanism made it an ideal foundation for replicating the Wheelie Scooter’s balanced design.

The base vehicle was completely reworked, as BigRig rewired and modified the scooter’s internal components to accommodate a newly fabricated outer frame designed to resemble the Kirby Air Ride model extracted from the original Nintendo GameCube game. Using CAD software and a Bambu P2S 3D printer, BigRig produced custom body panels, frame components, and detailing that closely match the proportions and colors of the in-game vehicle — and we think it came out fantastic! 🥹
