For a couple of years @eleanorwheeler.film patiently and faithfully showed up to our events with her equipment, to capture a snapshot of the @designfestbrum @bhamdsgn story...

Though its mostly us (@luketonge and @danielalcorn) reluctantly on camera, the story is absolutely one of a community showing up for each other – supporting each other & serving each other 💕

Last week, we met an emerging group of talented designers who are taking part in the anti- placement placement!

We were delighted to take part in this incredible programme initiated by @luketonge, who heads up @bhamdsgn. Luke has organised an amazing two week programme hosted @thejointworks which is jam packed full of workshops and studio tours, showcasing the best of the West Midlands creative community.

It was a joy to share our design backgrounds, experience, practice and process with an engaging, questioning and fun group of emerging designers. They bought plenty of enthusiasm and positive energy as you can see captured here in these gorgeous photographs courtesy of @luketonge
