Chris Harvey was used to the heavy iron and the CrossFit grind but after a heavy bench press injury, he traded traditional weights for the straps.

✋ Hold a TRX Lunge just above the bottom
→ hinge forward + pull the suspended leg in x3

🤌 Then drop into the bottom half of a burpee
→ push-up optional (if you’ve got time in the music)
