Well, I write this in my kitchen as I spend another Sunday with macarons in the oven.
This year has been a BIG one, with growth & creativity as the through-line. Lemme tell ya, it’s easy to feel inspired when the people around you shine so bright.
I am grateful for old friends and new and the meals we share together. For the community I’ve surrounded myself with and connections made (@bakebookclub & @paigebakesthings - can you believe we’ve been doing this less than a year??? 💕). Elderflower & mandarin worked so well with the delicate flavors in marshmallow & shortbread. These treats (I’ve been calling them cloud bars??) might be my new thing. When I tell you the flavor possibilities are ENDLESS, babes, we are just getting started.I’ve already got a spumoni combo in mind or maybe grapefruit caramel or rosemary vanilla….truly endless possibilities.
