Lost in a vast landscape of dunes, an individual sees only sand in every direction. One colour. One taste. One dimension. Everything is purely an infinite repetition of sameness. In the principle of enantiodromia, the way out becomes the way in. The only escape is to let go of form and imposed structure and transform into the sandstorm.
Enantiodromia comes from Eraclito: the transformation of an extreme in its opposite. This work is an exhortation to accept your own diversity, to liste the others feeling, to care about them, to differentiate from the others, and probably an auto-theory to escape depression and the feeling of never fitting, and many other sub-layers.
It is an interactive piece in which the audience is asked to take part and to identify with the desert. Inspired by Dora Kalff, the script ask you to reconnect with playing in order to absorb the underlining meaning.

I AM SANDSTORM.
It is a post-performance performance. An absurdist act of autotheory exploring the surreal condition of post-modern living: a pure act of resistance against conformity.
Lost in a vast landscape of dunes, an individual sees only sand in every direction. One colour. One taste. One dimension. Everything is purely an infinite repetition of sameness. In the principle of enantiodromia, the way out becomes the way in. The only escape is to let go of form and imposed structure and transform into the sandstorm.
Enantiodromia comes from Eraclito: the transformation of an extreme in its opposite. This work is an exhortation to accept your own diversity, to liste the others feeling, to care about them, to differentiate from the others, and probably an auto-theory to escape depression and the feeling of never fitting, and many other sub-layers.
It is an interactive piece in which the audience is asked to take part and to identify with the desert. Inspired by Dora Kalff, the script ask you to reconnect with playing in order to absorb the underlining meaning.
It is a tribute to my parents which as Junghian Sandplay therapists grow me with a different point of view on this world.
