@jaysomband said it sounded like it could be in a truck commercial (alternative video idea of @sarahctiffany blastin’ through mud puddles slow-mo in her ranger). the shredding by @marceld.wav is certified ford tough, the heaviest bop on the album. feedback control room during the pickup session really comes to life here.

On May 29th, Pittsburgh-based indie rock act Tory Silver, will release “In Through the Front with Lasers,” via @michitapes

The Jay Som-produced album confronts working for a corporation, chronic pain and not having enough money. In our latest episode of Objects, Silver shares her Trader Joe’s name tag, where she worked for a few years. “I think something that people forget is that it is a corporation,” she says.

Watch as Silver talks cake, corporate greed, waking up with a constant dread, and the difficulties of having to perform on the job.
