Bachelorette dinner for 11 in the Hamptons! 💘💘

Grateful to start my Hamptons season with such a kind group! For this dinner I was not able to arrive to the rental until 4pm, so a lot of the prep was done offsite the morning of.

They requested a Mediterranean style menu and needed a menu that was gluten free, dairy free and nut free! A few guests could eat gluten & dairy, so you’ll see my homemade focaccia and ricotta salata on the menu.

Menu is below: 🫛🫜🥑

Appetizers:
- crispy panelle (Sicilian chickpea flour fritter) with asparagus, oyster mushroom and ricotta salata

- charred eggplant hummus with crudite & pita

Salad:
- greens, marinated chickpeas, cucumber, tomato, pickled shallot, gf garlic crumb & tahini herb dressing

- focaccia with whipped butter + olive oil

Mains:
- cumin crusted skirt steak, DF dill mint yogurt, sumac red onion and cucumber salad

- citrus tuna, red pepper puree, charred zucchini, castelvetrano olive herb topping

- green goddess & avocado chilled lentils with basil, lacinato kale and shaved zucchini salad

- roasted rosemary potatoes with salsa verde

Dessert:
- GF/DF chocolate cake (@bromabakery recipe!!) with strawberry compote, fresh strawberries + berry sorbet
