This month our goal is to focus on more smoothies in the morning and walking outside even if it’s really cold out. Plus trying fun spots around Toronto like @lermercafe for coffees and @theacetoronto for brunch. Highly recommend the French toast and duck confit and king oyster mushroom toast 👌🏼

I thought I had done “therapy” until this year. Diving back in headfirst, I did the deep deep. The unraveling, raw and humbling kind. I truly faced myself. I showed up consistently, baring it all, even when it was hard. I’m so glad that I did. I don’t even recognize the person I was from the beginning of this year. That wasn’t really me anyways.

Though hard, what followed was magical. I met so many new people, rekindled friendships, with many incredible travel opportunities, and so much support & love surrounding me…oh, and a lot of laughter too. Soul healing type of laughter. I’m grateful.
