Last year I was approached by Wingstop HQ to partner with them on a piece that represented the atmosphere of their new “Club Wingstop” activations curated by @megansamantha, with sounds by @brndnblue, and crafted cocktails by @guerosbartending. From that approach, I drew inspiration from my childhood of the happiness we got once my dad brung in that Wingstop bag for game days on NFL Sundays while representing Wingstop clientele demographic.

As we close out our F/W sessions, we would like to thank EVERY artist, EVERY DJ, and EVERY single individual that played a part and turning DOVETHEORY into what it’s become in these last 6 Months!

So to close out on a good note next week we’re taking it back to how we started, We will have one of Dallas Best Artists @dev.deshaun curating a live painting for the evening & @wlthyyy providing the sound selection.

We didn’t just host a STEAM session this month — we made a STATEMENT!

Black men came together with a purpose to create space for Black boys to see themselves as Artists, Visionaries, and Storytellers. Through photography, painting, and creative expression, our Scholars were reminded that their voices matter and their perspectives deserve to be seen.

This was intentional.
This was powerful.
This was legacy in motion.

We didn’t just teach art — we affirmed identity, unlocked genuine expression, and built confidence that will last far beyond the canvas.
