בנם של שבתאי ומילכה, אח לאלון ויעל. בן קיבוץ רעים, התגורר ברחובות עם בת זוגו תאיר. הובא למנוחות בבית העלמין בקיבוצו, רעים.
יובל היה רואה חשבון, עבד לאחרונה כשנתיים בחברת נדל״ן ״יובלים״ כעוזר חשב. הם סיפרו עליו שזה הרגיש שהוא שם הרבה יותר.. שהוא תמיד היה בן אדם שמתחשב באחר, היה חשוב לו שכולם שם ירגישו בנוח וביחד בתור חברה, תמיד היה קורא לכולם להפסקת צהריים, אסר עליהם לדבר על עבודה בהפסקה ואם מישהו לא היה מגיע היה מברר מה איתו.. הוא היה בחור מאוד צנוע, לא ממש רצה את המתנות שההורים נתנו לו, אפילו בעבודה כשפנו אליו כדי להעלות לו את השכר הוא שאל ״למה.. אני מקבל מספיק..״
יובל התנדב בעמותת ״רחובות אוהבת חיות״, פעם בשבוע בימי שישי. מאוד אהב חיות ובמיוחד את בראוני הכלב שלו מזה 11 שנה… אהב אוכל טוב, בעיקר איטלקי, ועוגות גבינה היה הפייבוריט שלו.
בן זוג אוהב לתאיר (שלמדה קונדיטוריה, מה שהתאים מאד ליובל (:) כמעט 15 שנה. יחד עשו את הטיול הגדול לדרום אמריקה וטיולים נוספים בעולם.
האהבה הגדולה של יובל היתה הפועל תל אביב, בעיקר כדורסל אבל גם בכדורגל. הלך להמון משחקים, ובניגוד לאוהד רגיל לא היה מקלל בכלל, ורק קופץ ומעודד את הקבוצה בקול גדול.
יובל לא שתה אלכוהול בכלל. מיץ תפוזים היה ה-משקה שלו!
יובל היה בן אדם קופץ, תמיד רוקד בתנועות גדולות בידיים, מצחיק, מאוד ציני. תמיד אמר ״בוקר טוב״ גם שהגיע לבקר בשעות הערב. אהב להשחיל ככה סתם מילים כמו: הכותל, דרמבלדור (מהארי פוטר, ובאופן כללי היה חובב ספרים גדול), פיקאצ׳ו, שרית חדד (כשהוא מכיר אולי שיר אחד שלה). תמיד היו סביבו חיוכים. והמון אהבה.
יובל אהב מאוד מוזיקה בעיקר רוק. אהב את queen, היהודים, ברי סחרוף, פורטיס. היה ספורטאי בנשמתו. אהב לרוץ מרחקים ארוכים ולשחק כדורסל. אהב לשחק עם המשפחה משחקי קופסא וחשיבה.
נעים הליכות, אוהב אדם ואהוב על כולם.
שימש כסמל מחלקה במילואים בחרוב, בגדוד 8109 תחת חטיבת שומרון.

בין חפציו של סרן רותם לוי ז״ל מצאו בני משפחתו יומן שכתב במלחמה, בתוך עזה.
משפט מצמרר שכתב שם מעורר כאב, וצער גדול אך גם התפעלות מהגבורה והמסירות והערכים, ועומק ההבנה של אנשים צעירים וגדולים שאבדנו.

״... במהלך הימים האלה מצאנו קלנועית מבארי עם מסמכי צוואה של חטופים, שגרם לנו לזכור מה אנחנו עושים פה.. זאת האחריות שלנו להחזיר את כולם בשלום הביתה. ״

את כתב היד של רותם קיבל לידיו מעצב צעיר, כמעט בן גילו של רותם, סטודנט מוכשר בבצלאל - שמואל אפטר. ויצר את הגופן בהתעמקות וטיפול בפרטי פרטים, במסירות נוגעת ללב, בליוויו של דניאל גרומר, מרצה לעיצוב אותיות בבצלאל ומעצב גופנים מוכשר, וממעצבי הגופנים במיזם.

״... בתקופה הקשה והעצובה הזו מצאתי נחמה בעבודה על הפרויקט ואני מקווה שהמחווה הקטנה שיצרתי תהיה משמעותית ובעלת ערך.״

סרן רותם לוי ז”ל (2023-1999), בן 24 בנופלו, בן לאסי ומיכל, נשוי לשהם אהובתו ,אח לרועי, אדוה ונגה. גדל ביישוב אורנית.
רותם שירת ביחידת יהל”ם, ויצא לקורס קצינים וקורס מפקדי פלוגה. תמיד דחף את עצמו לעשות כמה שיותר במסלולים הכי מאתגרים שיש. היה מלא באופטימיות ושמחת חיים. רותם היה מוכוון מטרה ועם ראש על הכתפיים, אבל גם בעל רגישות ואהבת אדם יוצאת דופן, שניכרה כבר בנערותו כשהתנדב במד”א וריכז קייטנה לילדים עם צרכים מיוחדים. בעל יכולת מנהיגות מלידה, יכולת לרתום אנשים לצידו בפשטות, באהבה וברגישות.
הזוגיות שלו עם שהם היתה מדהימה, זוג מיוחד, יחד מגיל 17, והאהבה ביניהם ניכרה לכל. נישאו ביולי 2021 לאחר כ4 שנות זוגיות. אחרי השחרור מהצבא טסו יחד לטיול של 8 חודשים בדרום אמריקה.
רותם היה אוהד שרוף של מכבי תל אביב כדורסל, קבוצת האוהדים הייתה חלק בלתי נפרד מהלב שלו והאהדה לקבוצה זרמה בעורקיו. שם גם היה אחראי תפאורה של ארגון gate11.
רותם, מדבר מעט ועושה הרבה. גדל להיות גבר עם מנהיגות שקטה ועמוד שדרה מברזל, היה נקודת משען ועוגן לכל מי שמסביבו. ברותם היה שילוב נדיר של מנהיגות משימתית לא מתפשרת, עם רגישות מקסימלית לאנשים. הוא הרגיש משמעות עמוקה מאוד בעשייה הצבאית שלו ובכל אשר עשה. אהב מאוד את מדינת ישראל ובאדמתה נטמן. תמיד עם חיוך גדול שנוסך בטחון – למדנו ממך אהבת אדם ואהבת חיים.
