PSA: There’s a @TechnoTrolley in Dallas! We hopped on this unique event on the @MLineTrolley and it was such a blast! Read all the details on this vintage trolley turned dance floor below! 🕺

WHERE RAVE MEETS RAIL
This local group is chartering the @MLineTrolley to throw one of the most epic and unique parties in town! These small, community-focused events are unlike anything we’ve seen in Dallas, featuring DJ sets in an intimate yet lively setting on the beloved trolleys. The two-hour party rides all around Uptown & Downtown, dancing and bumping music! One of our favorite parts was passing people walking in the streets, as everyone started dancing and vibing along with us!

A GREAT WAY TO MEET PEOPLE
One thing we noticed about the Techno Trolley that makes it unique is how social everyone was! Before the ride, everyone introduced themselves, and a few people even showed up solo, hoping to make new friends who love EDM and concerts. The one we went to was the week of @BreakawayDallas, so some people even made plans to meet up at the festival!

P.S. Everyone was super respectful of the historic streetcar on our ride! If you attend, please be sure to do the same, keeping the beloved M-Line clean and safe.

HOW IT STARTED
The Techno Trolley is the brainchild of four friends, Karen, Angel, Manta Rey, and Lex! They wanted to create an intimate gathering where people could live in the present, connect through music, and experience the city from a new perspective. It was a long road to turn the idea into a reality, but they’ve hosted four so far, and it’s been a huge success! In the future, they hope to bring even bigger artists and even expand beyond to other cities!

LOCAL DJS & UPCOMING EVENTS
The techno trolley typically runs every other month, with their next planned for early July, so follow @TechnoTrolley to stay up to date on the next one! Each event features local DJs, which is so cool as it helps support up-and-coming Dallas artists. The DJs they have can vary, so we recommend looking them up before to see if it’s your vibe!
