SUPER SHOT para empezar al despertar .

Ingredientes :
Para 3 días -

5 Remolachas medianas.
Jengibre (al gusto).
Limón (al momento de tomarlo).

Te llenará de energía si lo desayunas. Es maravilloso porque sirve para depurar y oxigenar la sangre. También paramantener el abdomen plano.

Si quieres hacer las AREPAS.
Ingredientes:
Para 4-

2 Tz. Agua.
1 Tz . Zumo de Remolacha( o más si deseas ).
2 Tz. Harina de maíz (PAN).
1 Cda. Chia.
Sal (al gusto)

Lo importante es dejar un poco la masa húmeda minutos (5min) antes de hacer la arepa para ponerla en la plancha.

También ajusta la cantidad de harina pan (dependiendo del pus donde te encuentres es totalmente diferente la textura).

Al estás selladas con costra la termino en el air fryer 5 min mas , y cuando las sacó del congelador las pongo 350 por 15min .

Esta es parte de mi rutina al despertar .

La dosis diaria es la cantidad de un vasito para tomarte un shot .

No tengo una cantidad específica a la hora de prepararlo , siempre trato que sea la misma cantidad tanto de jengibre como de cúrcuma y el jugo de limón al gusto .

La razón principal de incorpóralo en mi rutina diaria , es por todas las propiedades ybeneficios para nuestro cuerpo.

- Desinflamatorio
- Alivia el dolor (analgésico)
- Salud del hígado.
- Reducción del riesgo de cáncer.
- Quemador de grasa.
- Digestión.

Espero que sea de gran ayuda para tiy tu familia 💛 .

NOTA: NO necesitas llevar una vida a base de plantas para incorporarlo a tu vida .

También si no eres intolerable a la pimienta puedes colocarle al gusto , ya ya que la cúrcuma se activa a través de la piperina .

5 Zanahorias.
Jengibre (al gusto).

GALLETAS DE ZANAHORIA

INGREDIENTES:

3 Tz. Zanahoria ( Bagazo ).
1 Tz . Harina de Almendras.
1 Tz . Harina de Avena.
2 Cdas. Chia.
2 Cdas. Linaza.
2 Cdas. Cañamo.
1 Cdta. Curcuma.
1 Cdta. Bicarbonato.
1 Cdta. Sal ( ajustala al gusto).
1 Cda. Aceite.
3 Cdas. Agua ( solo un toque ).

Sigue el paso a paso , es importante que no te excedas de agua y al momento de hornear colocarlo inicialmente en 320 grados por 45 min. o hasta que seque y las veas doradas.Quizás en tu horno es mas tiempo o menos , esta pendiente para que ogres el resultado ya que cada horno es diferente .

RECETA COMPLETA ⬇️

SPAGHETTI SQUASH

1 Cabello de ángel.
Pimienta negra.
Aceite.
Sal.

Horno:350f - 400f.

Tiempo: 15 min - 20 min o hasta ablandar al pinchar con un tenedor (todo depende de la potencia de tu horno).

HONGOS:

2 Tz Hongos.
Pimienta negra.
Aceite de uva.
Sal.

Picar y saltear en un sartén previamente caliente con aceite de uva o el que prefieras hasta que queden dorados y crujientes.

PESTO:

2 Tz Albahaca.
1 Cd Nueces.
1/2 Tz Aceite de Oliva
3 Ajos.
Sal (al gusto).

Procesar con un procesador de mano o en una licuadora.

Emplatado:

Perjil.
Pétalos de rosa.

Tiempo total de preparación 30 - 35 min.

SPAGHETTI SQUASH

1 Spaghetti Squash.
Black pepper.
Oil.
Salt.

Oven: 350°F - 400°F

Time: 15–20 min or until tender when pierced with a fork (this depends on the power of your oven).

MUSHROOMS:

2 cups Mushrooms.
Black pepper.
Grapeseed oil.
Salt.

Chop and sauté in a preheated pan with grapeseed oil (or your preferred oil) until golden and crispy.

PESTO:

2 Cups Basil.
1 Tbsp Walnuts.
1/2 Cup olive oil.
3 Garlic cloves.
Salt (to taste).

Blend using an immersion blender or a regular blender.

Plating:

Parsley.
Rose petals.

Total prep time: 30–35 min.

Receta en la DESCRIPCIÓN ⬇️

INGREDIENTES:

1 Lt Agua.
8 Cdas. Chía.
6 Sobre de Té Cayena y frambuesa
3 Cdas. Agave (endulzante de tu preferencia).
1 - 2 Limones.

Empiezas haciendo el Té , dejar enfriar y luego agregarle el resto de los ingredientes, colócaloenla nevera paraactivar las semillas de chía por mínimo 6 horas oundía para otro y luego servir para disfrutar esta deliciosa bebida ideal para el verano .

Tip: Mi segunda opción cuando no tengo específicamente este sabor de este Té es con FLOR DE JAMAICA .
