Hey yall Been wanting to share a side project that’s kinda turned into something real now. I’m making pizza at @neighborhoodraleigh on Thursdays (and sometimes fridays). It’s open flame Neapolitan style pizza, 15in pies and a couple regular favorites every week with a changing special special pizza.
If you havnt been out yet I’d love to see you! I usually have about 30-40 pies worth and sell out by around 8pm. Get theonline ordering if you want to pickup.
(If you have good photos from the pizza popups please send or post, I usually and covered in flour so my best pizzas don’t get photoed ha. )

Seeing if this process works. It’s at least fun in process. Sped up 50x. And I can see the moment half way through when I realize my hands are fully covered in dried gel and gold. It’s an old image I love of @emmasyfrank from freefall 2015
