I can’t believe I’m doing this… but here we go

I quit my job and liquidated all of my investment accounts to start this business. I don’t even have my own car...

According to many different businesses articles, 90% of startup businesses fail and more importantly, 98% of health tech startups fail

I still think it has a 50/50 chance of working out

No matter what, I’m going to give it everything I got and document the entire thing

Over the last 3 months of trying to get approved for this SBA loan, I felt that deeply

There were moments where things looked uncertain butI had already invested my time, energy, money, and belief into this vision… so failure was never really an option. I knew I had to find a way

Today I got the call that we were approved

I’m incredibly grateful, but honestly, this is just the beginning

Now comes the real work. Bringing the vision to life, building something meaningful, and creating a space that genuinely impacts people’s health and lives

With the right support and capital behind us, I truly believe things are unfolding exactly the way they’re supposed to

Day 25

My biggest takeaways from choosing my brand name, RINOVA.

You have no idea how many times I thought I found, “the one” and quickly realized someone else was using it 20 miles way or it was already trademarked😅

It was a lengthy process but I feel like it was the best thing I could’ve done early on rather than having to change things down the road

Day 24

The past couple weeks have been a whirlwind… I decided to change the name of the brand and that came with a lot more work than I expected (I will dive more into that tomorrow)

I landed on RINOVA Longevity. Rinova is derived from the Italian verb rinovare, meaning renew. I love how elegant it looks and sounds while still being able to hold professionalism and cater to both males and females. The fact that it had a good root word meaning was just a plus!

I’m stoked to continue building the brand with the new name and keep sharing everything with you guys!

Day 22

We’re roughly 6 weeks away from opening! I thought it would be a good time to do a before and after… Looking back at how much this place has transformed in the past month is honestly crazy!

If I could do it all over again, I would’ve started sooner.. Having to make big decisions in real time and working with construction is time consuming and you can never have too much time. Other than that, I’m happy with the way things have been going!
