Here’s the pro @agodragos adding his twist to a Collins.⁠

Part of the Sour family, the Collins is traditionally made with gin, lemon, sugar syrup and soda – but there are endless ways to reimagine it. Ago’s version uses Pisco, a South American spirit distilled from grape juice, for a lighter, more floral flavour profile.⁠

And to top it off? Spraying a few drops of Angostura bitters, pineapple andchrysanthemum flower. More aroma. A perfect foam. ⁠
