What started as a couple of friends using running as a vessel to connect and see each other has blossomed into such an amazing community of the best and most beautiful people I’ve ever met. No matter how my week has gone, over the last 18 months or so I know that on a Thursday evening and Sunday morning, I can put it all behind me and enjoy this beautiful thing of ours.

It’s given me the opportunity to teach, support, push, help, laugh, love and commit to people who deserve the space and safety to experience these things, it’s something I’ll never take for granted.
