These crispy smashed chicken avocado salsa tacos are next level and so easy to prep. I am using @goodfoods Avocado Salsa that is made with real ingredients, no artificial preservatives, and adds the perfect creamy, zesty kick. Which takes these crispy smashed tacos to the next level in flavor. You can find the Avocado Salsa at Kroger, Sprouts, Target and soon select COSTCO STORES now for the next couple months! Crispy Smashed Chicken Avocado Salsa Tacos:
Ingredients:
2-3 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie = easiest)
1/2 cup @goodfoods Avocado Salsa (plus more for topping or dipping)
8-10 small flour or corn tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese of choice (I used Oaxaca)
1–2 tbsp oil (for crisping)
Optional toppings:
Shredded lettuce
Cilantro
Homemade mango salsa: 1/3 cup chopped mango, 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper, 1 small jalapeño deseeded and chopped, 1/4 cup diced red onion, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, juice of 1 1/2 limes, salt to taste, garlic powder to taste. Mix it all up and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
Sour Cream

Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl mix the chopped/shredded chicken with avocado salsa, and cheese until combined
2. Lay tortilla flat, add a thin layer of chicken mixture. Press it down evenly across the tortilla (edge to edge)
3. Heat pan over medium with a little oil
4. Place taco chicken-side down first
5. Let it cook 3–4 mins until golden + crispy, pressing down with a spatula
6. Flip tortilla over and cook 1-2 minutes more
7. Top with shredded lettuce, mango salsa, sour cream, avocado salsa, cilantro, and enjoy

This Avocado Salsa was the perfect addition to this healthy recipe because it’s packed with flavor, has a really good texture and is super clean! If you want to try it go to the link in my bio to find them in a store near you! They’re also in Costco with a huge 32 oz container 🙌

What you need:
1 lb frozen shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail off
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 white onion, sliced
1 packet taco seasoning
2-3 tbsp oil or butter, melted

How to make it:
1. Toss all ingredients until evenly coated with your seasoning.
2. Air fry @ 400F for 8-12 mins.
3. Serve with Good Foods Avocado Salsa and enjoy!

Pro tip: You can also do this with chicken & steak, just adjust cook times to your preference 👍
