About the experience..

Guided by dream expert, TEDx speaker, and author Tree Carr, exploring how to work with dreams as an active, conscious landscape rather than something that simply “happens” to us.

☁️ Together we’ll explore lucid dreaming, subconscious awareness, and expanded states of perception through practice, ritual, and deep rest.

🌙 What to expect:

🍵We begin with a Guayusa tea ritual to gently open awareness and support dream recall, easing the transition between sleep and waking states.

☁️ From here, Tree guides lucid dreaming practices to help you:
• Recognise when you’re dreaming
