We want to start of by saying thank you to those that have supported us and frequented our shops, these last couple of months have been tough. After much thought and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close down our shops for the remainder of this pandemic. Hopefully this closure is not permanent, but nonetheless it is until further notice. Come by this weekend to support the team before we close the doors at the end of this Sunday. We love you LA. Yesterday, it all came to a boil on our very doorstep.

Coming from Australia, we don’t feel it’s our place to comment on America but we love this neighbourhood, we love our customers and we love our staff.  So we are here because we love this community and this community is suffering, we cannot remain silent.

When friends all over the world see our store as the backdrop of police facing off against protestors and express concern that it might be damaged, that was the least of our concerns.  The safety of our team and our community was foremost, then the hope that this explosion of anger at injustice would catch the attention of the powerful and the silent and bring about real change.

Yesterday was not a day of drama, inconvenience or lost trade for us.  It was a day that caught our attention and we cannot remain silent - Los Angeles, we stand by your side.
