First Minister Michelle O’Neill and deputy First Minister Emma Little-Pengelly have met with the UK Government Chief Scientific Adviser, Dame Angela McLean on her visit to Belfast.
They hosted a special event in Parliament Buildings to collaboratively showcase the Executive’s 87 Areas of Research Interest (ARIs) which identify gaps where research expertise has the potential to support policy development, inform decision‑making, and enhance service delivery across Departments.
