I used to wear skin tight clothes to try and look somewhat muscular… 💀
.
I can’t thank the gym enough for what it’s done for me from a confidence standpoint 🧠
.
As a vertically challenged male with minimal muscle, I felt I lacked the masculinity I desired…
.
So I started shifting weights and got addicted to developing my physique.
.
Now I’m inspired to unlock the same confidence for others 🧠
.
15 years of natural physique development…
.
The love story continues… 💙
.
P.S. maybe I didn’t have a pea head after all 💪🏽
