A chopped salad, Commander’s style. Our Lamb Pastrami “Chopped” Salad features thinly shaved house cured and smoked lamb pastrami over tender greens drenched in Calabrian chile champagne vinaigrette topped with grated Grana Padano and a torched Robiola Bosina Leidenheimer crostini.
