Thank you to the everyone who supported the First Generation Fund during the 24hour Challenge yesterday!

The contributions of 164 individual donors raised $14,718 and unlocked a $10,000 matching donation from Donald Burns '68.

We especially want to thank the First Generation Alumni of MIT (FGAMIT) organization for all their efforts to improve support FLI students now and in the future!

Outside of FLI, Asal works as Directorial Staff for LOST theatre (where they put on the spectacular show, Pillowman), FLI History Project, and used to TA for Concourse's Bookmaking Class. Thank you for your lead in the FLI History Project, and beyond! 🎉
