I am here to announce the new compilation: Redemption, an archive of interstellar cybernetic melodies. This goes hand in hand with my most recent art book of the same name which chronicles my path to redemption in the past 5 to 10 years reclaiming my own emotional sovereignty in a familiar foreign land and reclaiming my life through the right choices.
Whether it is on a personal scale of finding a solution or remedy, or for the state of the world finding its eventual equilibrium, there are forces beyond our reach which take things into the futher ends of entropy and destruction.
When order is harder to maintain than chaos, the natural course of action is to hold on to a piece of calmness that you can grasp, a place or thing that is as real as you would hope your peace of mind would be.
That is the meaning behind the name of this compilation.
The cover art for this album is a collage of photos I've taken along with images from a portable scanner taking surfaces across Kyoto.
Here I introduce the track, "xo terminal"
It is a mixture of field recordings made in a museum, on the street, and elsewhere, sampling, and stretching sounds into unrecognizable artifacts.
The sweet dew of the night is the place of serenity when everyone else is asleep and you are free to wander in your dreams, whether in sleep or in wakefulness.

Today I experimented by using my big magnifying glass and distorting the photos I take on my Ricoh GR. The results were satisfying and further applications and experiments will be done again soon.
Views from behind the camera sometimes reflected into the shadows of the foreground and created an interesting continuity of space captured in a single photo.
Many times the distortions were a result of tilting the glass differently and drilling through different attempts.
This time, the stroll was through the Nakazaki-Tenma area of Osaka, Japan.
