To celebrate my daughter Neshama’s arrival, here is a new song entitled “Elohai Neshama,” from my new album Zeh Hayom. It is dedicated to her. She’s too little to sing along with me yet, but she definitely likes it!

Tomorrow night I'll be performing at the Boston Festival of New Jewish Music, in a concert of my new album Zeh Hayom at the Boston Synagogue at 7:00 PM! Admission is free! You're invited.

I composed after hearing a beautiful teaching from Rabbi Shefa Gold on this verse from Song of Songs. She teaches that we always have access to the Promised Land of milk and honey--it is always available to us. We only have to remember to taste it.
