If you love brunch but want something a little different, Skogen Bath needs to be on your list. 🇸🇪

We visited @skogen_bath in Bath for a Scandi-inspired brunch and it did not disappoint. Think smørrebrød (open sandwiches) packed with flavour, fika bakes with seriously good coffee - and yes, a couple of perfectly made martinis to complete the moment. 🍸

Calm, cosy interiors with that busy-but-relaxed feel - ideal for slow mornings that roll into the afternoon.

Locally sourced produce. One for the meat eaters & beer drinkers. I especially liked the sour raspberry beer (can’t remember what it was called exactly! I must check).

Would recommend, especially the marmite butter and fresh bread.
