Started the first part of the year with spiritual, mental, and reconnection with nature… healing. The day of the eclipse blood moon of identity shifts, i got a long awaited call for a hernia surgery that, as of today added physical healing to the list💪🏼 (photo of hospital bracelets instead of giant “hip” bandage)😂

My day one take away is It’s all very empowering and awakening in ways i had no idea were even available to my psyche quite yet. But right off the bat i find the mental aspect of physical pain is so much more challenging than the pain itself.
I forgot what this was like, and this time i can intentionally remember enough to carry forward the knowledge to slow down just a little but more and care and love any friends or family in a lot of pain or chronic discomfort.

I did my best with two very important humans last year Jade, post near death experience and Nataschas post organ removal surgery… and now i just wanna say I’m sorry if i didn’t care enough for your minds but i care about them more now💙
