From the South of France… to PARIS 🇫🇷☕️🥖 I’ve arrived in the city of beauty, art, and romance. La Belle Époque was time in the late 1800s when the city was centered around creativity, nightlife, and a celebration of life itself. It’s the era that shaped so much of what people picture when they think of Paris… the cafés, the cabarets, the energy.

The main reason I was in France was to experience the @absinthe_absente x @moulinrougeofficiel collaboration, which draws directly from that Belle Époque world. 🧚Absinthe, known as the “Green Fairy,” was a huge part of that time, tied to artists, writers, and the nightlife that defined Paris. They launched a limited edition Absente x Moulin Rouge bottle; a piece of that history brought into the present. It’s available to purchase on @distilleries_provence’s website!

Getting to true Moulin Rouge experience, with the absinthe ritual and everything surrounding it, made the whole thing come full circle. Grateful to have been part of something so special 💚

Aix-en-Provence might be one of my favorite places I’ve ever visited. ⛲️🇫🇷 Incredible architecture, fountains on almost every corner, sidewalk cafés full of people enjoying aperitifs…The city is the definition of charming. ✨ Location-wise, it’s perfect. About an hour from @distilleries_provence where @absinthe_absente is made, so you get the countryside, the distillery experience, and then a city like this to come back to. And the food… genuinely some of the best I had in France.
But the standout was the Bétonnière (“cement mixer”) at @chez.les.copains.aix . One of the strangest, coolest drinks I’ve ever had. Not even something you can really explain, you just have to try it. I cannot wait to return 💚 @absinthe_absente
