What I have left to show for it are moments in time captured in light, made so that my mind can remember and my heart can recognize. I took a leap of faith 12 months ago. I spent the most precious right we all have as people. The right to choose what to do with the time that is given to us on earth. I gave it all for this one opportunity. For my faith I was rewarded many things, not least of all being the rare chance to love others and be loved in return.

I thought when I chose this career as my passion in life, the works of art that I pour my soul into would be the ultimate prize. A lasting legacy, a way to live forever.
