I was invited to explore @worldsprings and let me just say… this place is the reset I didn’t know I needed.

The mineral-rich waters and cold plunges were amazing for my body! I LOVED the red light therapy and so did my face. When I tell you all my toxic thoughts and feelings left my body after the sauna… I’m a new woman! The food was amazing and even met a few new friends! Everyone was genuinely so kind, it made the whole vibe even better.

Ive been so go go go lately with freelance work, that I really needed this! Highly recommend coming with no plans, just vibes. It helped me get out of my head and back into my body 🫶🏼

Might make this my new monthly treat 👙💫

POV: I Take you home.

Home changes. Where home is, who home is, what you define as home. You learn at a young age that life is fluid and everything all around will always change, leave, or die. It will go away. The only permanence of it all is the moment in it you have. Romanticize that. Truly appreciate every sense of it. The smells of your grandmas perfume, the taste of love in your mothers cooking, the sound of your grandfathers laughter, the hugs of your father, the kidney punches from your brother. These moments we will never have again. Good or bad. Things will be good eventually. Things will be bad eventually. Romanticize all of it. It’s beautiful, even when it looks ugly, it’s all how you view it. For me, home is a state of mind.
