For marketing graduate Juan Hernandez, earning this degree is more than completing a program —it represents finishing something he started years ago, and proving that growth is always possible. While balancing a full-time career, family responsibilities and the demands of adult life, this journey required discipline, resilience and persistence through every challenge.
Juggling work and a full course load meant early mornings, late nights and constant dedication, but Juan stayed committed to his goal and to the example he set for his family.
This milestone is a reminder that progress doesn’t have to be fast to be meaningful — just consistent. Juan’s achievement reflects perseverance and the decision to keep investing in himself no matter the circumstances.
Congratulations, Juan!
