Some images I shot over the summer for the MKII Hellion-Baku, a WWII era inspired wristwatch. The watch is tribute to the underwater demolition teams (UDTs) the precursor to the modern day U.S. Navy SEAL teams of today.
This production spanned over multiple days, shot on location in Virginia Beach, the USS Becuna submarine and USS Wisconsin battleship. The images are heavily inspired by the training and mission set of the UDTs: reconnaissance and demolition missions for amphibious landings, particularly in the Pacific theater.
The Hellion-BAKU is in collaboration with Project Recover, a non-profit organization whose mission is to find, recover and repatriate American service members who are still MIA from past conflicts.

Launch and campaign imagery for the Tornek-Rayville CISO M38, a watch rooted in historical significance.
Designed in collaboration with veterans of MAC-V SOG, a clandestine special operation group active during the Vietnam war, Tornek-Rayville’s recreation pays respect to the Seiko 6119, a watch worn by SOG members during their top secret operations conducted during the conflict.
Images were shot in studio and on location with historically accurate props and scene reenactments to reflect actual events (from what we know that is) Many images are exclusive to the CISO M38 zine, which is included with the watch.
Many thanks to @jongaffney @deepsea.edc
