We did it. Our liquor license is approved. Fully. FINALLY.

Starting today, Music City Hot Chicken will be pouring beer again. This time with our own brand spanking new liquor license.

Over the next few weeks we’ll be building out the bar and expanding what we offer, all leading up to a Grand Bar Opening Party on the 27th.
More details on that soon, but for now… mark your calendars.

Thank you to everyone who stuck with us over the last few months. It’s been a little rocky at times, but this community showed up and helped us push through.

This building was home to something really special. And we’ve been doing our best to keep that spirit alive while simultaneously carving out our own identity and writing the next chapter of the space. We’re excited to see where it goes from here.

And lastly, to our incredible staff: This couldn't have happened without you. Music City is just the ship, but you’re the absolute maniacs that kept it sailing. Thank you.

Starting December 5th, TRVE beers return to the taproom. Same space. Same spirit. New chapter.

TRVE summer got cut short back in July. Forget Christmas in July, lets do Summer in December.

We are pouring Cold, Skullseeker, Tunnel of Trees, Chapel of Ghouls, and Solid Hex. Solid Hex is about as summer as it gets, so we are leaning into it with a Pimento Cheese Sandwich special to match the vibe.

We will continue to be open Thursday through Sunday with our regular hours. Beer will be served Friday through Sunday each week.

It feels good to have TRVE back on draft. It feels even better to serve it here in the old taproom. Come hang, raise a glass, and help us bring a little summer into winter.

TRVE could never die.
Ideas don’t die until the people who remember the idea are dust.
TRVE will always exist so long as everyone remembers what it stood for and what it wanted to be.
This idea became greater than the sum of its parts. Greater than just a taproom or the beer poured therein.
It became greater than anything we could’ve ever imagined, and for that reason we’re thrilled to be able to say that TRVE will never die.
The folks with whom we trusted our beer production for years now over at @nibrewing are going to be continuing to produce our core lineup for distribution in the Colorado market. While the clubhouse is gone, we hope you’ll be able to continue blasting some of the best tunes and getting together sipping on a Tunnel of Trees, Skullseeker, Chapel of Ghouls, or any of our other beers, with some heavy metal to pair.
Hails and ales forever, y’all. Hope to see y’all at a bar sometime soon.
And yes, maybe there will be merch again…
