for real, the food here is so up my alley. they make everything from scratch so the food tastes so fresh. down to the local made coffee and the locally sourced eggs, Troy has a passion for making the highest quality food that has nutritional benefits.

Our favorite dish was probably the Sunrise Scramble, which is the most popular one. the potatoes on the bottom take it to the next level. I also loved the açaí bowl because 1) im a sucker for a smoothie bowl, and 2) the GF house made granola has an awesome texture and taste to it. We loved everything here (that FRENCH TOAST 😳… almost forgot about that french toast it was so good) and i can’t believe it took me this long to find out about Troy’s Fresh Kitchen - which is only a 45ish minute drive from Boston!

in this video we go to Troy’s Fresh Kitchen in Londonderry, NH where you can sit down or take away. It has more of a diner feel. But they also have another location down the street in Derry, NH called Troy’s Fresh Kitchen Express and that’s where you will find most baked goods and more takeaway options

they keep things fresh with new seasonal flavors all year round so definitely check this place out!

This hot mamajama can be made with local scrambled eggs or our #vegan house tofu scramble and includes onion, roasted red pepper, fresh guacamole, house chipotle aioli, fresh chopped scallions, and a little salt & pepper 🤌🏼 We always recommend the crispy hash browns but this can be ordered as is ( which is #keto ) or in a #glutenfree grilled wrap 🌯

I ordered their #1 selling summer juice "The Russell Hustle" which Troy and I created 7 years ago.
