„KEPT IN A NAP“
2021 / living room walls, aluminium / 210 x 320 x 40 cm / exhibition view „Heimspiel“, Kunsthaus Glarus
The work includes wall paneling that was removed from a formerly inhabited house in the conton of Glarus. On the wood you can still see the silhouettes of the objects – a crucifix and hunting trophies – that previously hung in the corresponding place. The objects protected the wood from sunlight and so their outlines are still visible as bright spots.
The wall fragments were integrated into a construction made of painted aluminum.
