2. Go to your GP, be mindful about having a balanced in all aspects of your life- diet, exercise, and fun!
3. Approach ECGs with systems in place stay till the end for the bonus tip for managing common cardiac emergency !!

i’ve been doing ballet for about 3 months now and im so glad i got to show my friends and family what i spend my evenings working on (when im not in the hospital). i haven’t performed on the stage for a few years and it felt great to do it again!

One of my go-to dinners that always wins (this makes about 4 servings) you’ll need:
1 protein of choice, i used 450gmince, you can use tofu or quorn as an alternative!
4 chopped sweet potatoes
1/2 red onions
1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper
1 tin of black beans
1 tin of sweetcorn
1 avocado
i drizzled my homemade hot honey over the top and some homemade cheese sauce
i hope i made you hungry!
